Staff has been amazing so far, still have two nights here. Breakfast has also been great. The room service food is excellent, which we've had to use bc restaurants have no availability until 8:30 pm and closest town is 30 min away driving. Beautiful resort, great beach, pool is big, pool bar and staff are excellent.

Location too secluded. With voucher, got run of the house room I guess. Reservations needed for every restaurant except pool bar. Room is run down and musky. Shower missing a knob, bathtub stopper would not close, room doors have no working locks, light sades have holes in them, furniture breaking down. With being so far away from town, we've been looking for the scheduled activities, which also need reservations. Daily morning stretching, never happens, latin dance classes never happens, waiting to see if they have them tomorrow.

Transportation was the downside of the trip. 90 minutes to the resort! 90 minutes to get to a transfer for the river trip. The resort was beautiful! The service was excellent. Would have liked a bar or some other "social area" to meet other guests other than in a restaurant.

It was amazing. Everything about it was exactly what we were looking for - it was our 20th wedding anniversary and we wanted to go somewhere and just relax. This resort is perfect for that.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating - even when other guests were being difficult, they never stopped smiling and trying their hardest to please them.

Excellent stay, only check in was not so good. We wanted an early check in, were told we would be notified if it was possible. Waited 3 hours outside the check-in area and saw multiple guests get an early check in. When i asked about this we were told they had forgotten about us and appologized. They could have done more to make up for this since we waited outside in the heat for over 3 hours and were just forgotten about!

A little remote but we had a rental car to visit the surrounding area. The food credit offered was great room was quiet with a great view

Our only issue was the drive from San Jose took over 7 hours due to an accident and road construction in several places along the way

It was a bit of a haul to get to the hotel, but Vision Transportation was great. Check took over an hour, and that is the one thing I would work on if I was on their management team. Everything else was really lovely. We loved the laid back atmosphere and exceptionally high level of training that all the staff had, in every department. The breakfast buffet was exceptional! We also loved that the resort was big enough to stroll around on but not big enough to get lost or confused. Very restful for us in such a gorgeous location.

Need a better more efficient way to check in the guests. Most flights arrived at the same time so check in took over an hour with the wait for an available staff member. We were tired but patient, but the families with children were pretty miserable. I think the system could be reworked to be more efficient. Everything else was phenomenal! Thank you for your hospitality!
