Voucher cancellation and refund policy: Within 14 days of purchase, Travelzoo will give you a full refund if you change your mind or can't find dates that suit you. Once you book your dates, changes and cancellations are subject to the hotel's cancellation or rescheduling policy and may result in a fee or voucher forfeiture. You must cancel your reservation directly with the hotel prior to refunding your voucher. Vouchers can be refunded online by going to "My Account.” After 14 days your voucher becomes nonrefundable. It is a small resort which has pros/cons. Service is hit/miss and they seem understaffed during specific times (single bartender at a full bar). The a la carte menus were pretty good but a very limited wine list beyond the house wine which was alright. Comparable free pours to NYC!

When we checked in the counter staff (Jameel?) advised that the reservation fee was $20.00 per person per day. We had been quoted $12.00 ppd and showed him the confirming e-mail . His response was to say the the hotel's contract with Travelzoo stipulated the higher rate and he would not honor the quoted figure. While this amounts to just US$80.00, it puts a pallor on a holiday that had barely begun.

Other than the lack of bathroom facilities outside, I thought the Warwick was a very nice hotel.

This resort has exactly one bathroom facility for all of its outdoor amenities, including its beach, extensive pool and hot tub, and outdoor dining. Moreover, this one bathroom facility is difficult to get to. I guarantee you this results in a lot of people relieving themselves in the pool or the ocean. Yuck!

Staff was exceptionally great!!! Room was so so. Food was nice, except for the Asian restaurant. Pool was nice with a variety of music. Best was that all the guests were friendly and very opened to having a wonderful time!!
