Great service, gave us a free upgrade in arrival. Very helpful when we asked for recommendations for restaurants and bars where we could watch the game from.

Construction noise right beside hotel. Poor, tasteless breakfast. Housekeeping staff was great but reception staff seemed inexperienced. Choice of programming on TV was poor.

There was a young on reception that was over the top with her care. Her name was Olivia and she was there for our every need. When she found out it was my birthday she left a card and some chips and bottled water in our room & we really felt special. Great location. However if you are going to advertise the room has it's own fireplace, you should disclose they have to provide their own logs !!!! Additional cost for logs. So either add logs into your cost or DONT advertise the fireplace!!!

There are a couple housekeeping issues I would bring to your attention: I cleaned coffee rings off the counter from the previous guest. Carpets did not appear to have been thoroughly vacuumed, otherwise the stay was good.

I think there should be a dress code for breakfast. The woman sitting at the next table to me at breakfast was in her pyjamas. Everyone else in the breakfast room was properly dressed.

The room's cleanliness was unsatisfactory. Issues included ladybugs present inside, noticeably dirty carpets, and ripped window screens that prevented us from opening the windows.

We had a wonderful time. Because they are renovating the room we had booked, we were upgraded to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. The location was perfect - right in the Village close to everything. It was peaceful, comfortable and private.
