Very relaxing, innkeeper was a gem. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We stayed in the Charles Darwin room .quiet and a lovely mountain view. The washroom in the hallway was out of order and that was very inconvenient. Please review website as some information may be misleading ie high tea and glamping.

NOTE : 50 km of bendy roads up to the location, I would recommend Wedgwood Manor.

Wonderful historic home to visit and explore. Very unexpected history for the area. We were allowed to enjoy all of the comforts of the home, and treated to wonderful hot breakfasts prepared each morning by our host, Rebecca. Extremely clean with luxurious linens and bath towels to enjoy. We would love to go back and experience it all again!

Great relaxing stay at Wedgewood Manor. The ambience was terrific, and our hostess Rebecca made our stay so very enjoyable. The rooms were large and full of history. We really enjoyed the extra treats, for example, the piano music, wine, ice cream and popcorn. Breakfasts were delicious and well presented. Overall, a great time.

Welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Fantastic host, Rebecca, made our stay much more enjoyable. Welcomed us and provided refreshments and offered a cold glass of wine on arrival. Gave us a little tour and history of the property and recommended taking a walk up to the beautiful waterfall. (Wow!) Breakfasts were good she makes a great omelette. Rooms were very spacious with views of mountains, the glacier or the woods. A very quaint and picturesque place. Even the old wood stove and creaky floors added to the ambience. We also were treated to some baby grand piano tunes by our talented host. A short drive, close to Crawford Bay’s artisan scene and local eateries and the Kootenay Lake Ferry.

Innkeeper Rebecca was lovely. House was stunning. Built in early 1900s.

No AC or ceiling fans in room during an unusually hot spell. Could not get a hold of owner to soak to them, and they did not return my emails. I feel like the two night minimum may be there to ensure you stay the second night. Innkeeper was lovely and the house had a lot of charm but was about 38 degrees in room and windows had no screens so opening them would just let all the bugs in. Let one night early.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wedgwood Manor. It was a peaceful and relaxing stay. We were well looked after by Rebecca who provided us with superior care and attention. She looks after the grounds, makes the breakfasts, provides beautiful piano concerts in the evenings, and even took care of a wasp nest on the veranda. She is a jack of all trades!! We would highly recommend a stay here if you want to relax and unwind. The walk up to the waterfall is a must. The history of the place makes it even more interesting. The town of Crawford Bay has amazing artisans and a great restaurant called Black Salt Cafe that would rival any big city restaurant. Save room for dessert.

We are definitely planning our next trip back.
