Everything went well. The bathroom was really small. $10 breakfast was simply continental, no hot food.

The hotel had everything we needed and it is located right off of Times Square, killer location.

Great hotel, service was outstanding. I recommend the hotel if you are traveling with little ones. I love the kitchene & microwave something that most hotels don't offer any more. To be a NYC hotel, was spacious and the view around awesome. Also, the location was great, a few minutes from Time Square.

The staff were very attentive. A woman at the front desk gave me a vase for flowers I bought from a vendor, and then trimmed them to fit the vase. The concierge was very knowledgeable and helpful as were the the general staff. I’d give the staff a 10.

6th floor of 15, looking out on adjoining tenement (and no drapes - only shears, but who cares). The AC was necessary but noisy. The kitchenette was a tepid refrigerator and sink with a microwave - no tableware of any sort including glasses or cups. They could have used the space for more practical purposes. I was never able to use an elevator to descend from the 6th floor during the day because it was full of guests from the upper floors ( the ones not looking at the tenement). The $9 discounted breakfast was way overpriced for cereal.

It was our 50th wedding anniversary, and upon request, the staff upgraded our room - it was EXCELLENT, extremely clean and comfortable. The cleaning people accidently removed a partial bottle of wine, and the hotel immediately replaced it despite our insistence that was not necessary. The location for us was perfect, and we look forward to our next visit at the Belvedere.

I cannot say enough good things about the hotel. The complementary wine between 5 and 6 pm was a nice perk.

Lovely experience. Charming old architecture of the room: marble entry foyer and bathroom; breathtaking views of Manhattan by day and by night, incredible service (I was offered an electric kettle and 2 porcelain mugs when I asked if there'd be a coffee maker in the room), quiet at all times in spite of the huge numbers of people who seemed to be staying there. Of course clean and well-appointed. Selected this hotel because of microwave and tiny fridge in each room, and appreciated both. Although the lobby was constantly bustling with activity, the respectful desk staff was always gracious about timely check-in and out, or a quick question,

This was a great spot for my boyfriend and I. It’s a less than 10 minute walk to Times Square. We drove in and really liked the location as far as ease of getting in and out of the city. The parking was the fairest price I could find ($55 per day for valet). The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. The room was very spacious and nice. You really can’t beat the price per night for the location in NYC!

This was my birthday trip!!! My sister and I enjoyed the hotel. The elevators are a little bit slow. We had a great experience with everyone at the hotel, with the exception of one person. He delivered our bags to the room and dropped my bag right in front of me and did not even bother to help pick it up. He seemed to be in a hurry to get in the elevator. That truly was the only negative experience we had. The remaining staff was very nice and always smiling. Everyone seemed to help and even provided information on transportation and what would be best. We would recommend this hotel. This is close enough to Times Square but not to close where the lights and noise bother you. We loved our stay!

We loved the hotel. One enormous flaw was their breakfast buffet. It consisted mainly of pastries, muffins, scones and cereal. Nothing warm or hot not even a microwave or decent toaster. It was so inadequate we did not go to their restaurant even though we had intended to try it. They really need to rethink how to provide a decent healthy breakfast at a reasonable cost. Ironically there is a pret a manger cafe close by who could do a wonderful buffet for them. I’d advise folk to go there or anywhere else to eat.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. We had an executive king room which was quite large for NYC standards. Very reasonably priced continental breakfast served on site. Hotel is within a short walking distance to all Broadway.
Frankly, we were very impressed with this hotel - and the value with the Traevlzoo coupon was outstanding! Would definitely stay there again.

There was one thing I would love them to address. Even if they did it over a period of time. Put door closers on all the doors. Every room door (at least on my floor) slammed shut. It's hard to remember to close it softly because every other hotel I've ever been in has closers that slow down the slamming of the door. Even if you want to sleep in and take advantage of the late check out, the constant slamming of room doors will make sure you're awake nice and early.
Other than that, I love the place.

The room was very nice and clean and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. My biggest issue with the hotel is that the elevators cannot accommodate the number of guests in the hotel. This means you have to allow considerable extra time to leave and possible wait for a couple of full elevators to go by. There are only two elevators and they are very small.

Front Desk Staff were great. Our view of the other building’s rooftop was ugly, but we didn’t book for the view. Your location is fabulous in our book- as long as you are comfortable with walking around.

The hotel was very clean, location was great. We arrived into the city before check in time and staff were great about storing luggage so we could explore before check-in time. Concierge was very helpful and friendly! On the downside, even though rooms were clean they are dated. The only place to sit in the King executive suite is on the bed-doesn't even have a chair. The bathroom is so small there was barely room to sit a toothbrush on the sink, only plug is on the wall by the door. No place to sit your hair dryer or brush while drying hair except on the toilet.
The Belvedere was a great value for the price, and would stay again because of the location and value, but some updates would make it much more enjoyable!

Our room was next to the elevator and we were afraid we'd hear it all night long, but didn't hear a thing so decided not to ask for a different room. The room was modern and clean and king bed was very comfortable. The AC goes on and off which made sleeping a bit difficult (bring a white noise machine). Staff was pleasant. Lobby was elegant and pleasant too. A great location -- convenient to Times Square and the theater district, and not far from the nearest subway station. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Unfortunately, our one night stay was the night of the Blackout, and this hotel had no backup generator to keep lights on or AC and elevators working. Thank goodness the power came on again around 10:45 pm and we could sleep in our room! Not the most fun evening I've ever had in NYC, but it wasn't the hotel's fault. NOTE: Watch your credit card to make sure they charge the correct 'resort fee' after you check-out.
