Pleasant all-around staff; Front Desk, Restaurant, Pool. They ask a few times if you'd be interested in buying into Diamond Resorts timeshare but respect your declining any offers.

Our 2BR unit had a full kitchen and beds were comfortable. TV was standard definition only; not high definition. Has a working fireplace but you have to supply your own wood. 7-11 sells it nearby. We plan on returning again as it's about 15 min from Busch Gardens.

The Travelzoo price on the room. The room itself was nice just a little dated.
Other Comments
Was put off by the constant requests to listen to their 2 hour "presentation" for time share or whatever they're trying to sell. Didn't know when I booked this room that I was going to be subjected to that.

Was able to stay in a lovely condo without having to buy a timeshare.
Other Comments
Would like to stay at this location again - as long as we are not hassled to buy a timeshare.

Nice spot - convenient. Nice having a licensed restaurant on site.

The "Time Share" vibe is never pleasant. Wish I had known. Just puts a downer on things.

Large accommodations for very reasonable price.
Other Comments
Furnishings are always dated here and condos are very cheaply made (you can hear people walking around upstairs) but you get what you pay for! Also you have to deal with the up-selling and time share pitch.

The fact that it was a time share resort which had no interest in joining one. If you had known this we have not book it. When arriving and trying to leave too much pressure in trying to get us to go to a meeting, when we told them more than once we were not interested.

Excellent resort conveniently located and family friendly with outdoor and indoor pools and activities. Only issues was with dated furniture, but not a deal breaker.

The rooms are a good size
Other Comments
The resort was nice but we were quite disappointed to find out it was a TIME SHARE. We wasted several hours of our Saturday sitting through a presentation, and the lines for check in and the check in process were quite lengthy.

loved the size of the suites . very quiet, very comfortable, everything was right there for you. restaurant, coffee house, store, swimming pool even though we couldn't use it due to weather right there on the premises, the suite/ condo was great, large enough and very roomy , very much like being at home which I like. plenty of space which is great.
