For over a quarter century, Junipine Resort has welcomed visitors to Sedona with spacious creek houses scattered along the banks of Oak Creek. The individually decorated cabins accommodate as many as six adults with up to 1,400 square feet of living space.
Cabins have one or two bedrooms, full kitchens, two wood burning fireplaces and wraparound decks. Each house includes complimentary daily firewood delivery, two televisions, free DVD library, free Wi-Fi and access to the lobby’s computer workstation.
The Table at Junipine was fully remodeled in January 2015 and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Serving seasonal menus, the restaurant has three fireplaces and outdoor patio seating almost year-round. Guests receive a daily $25 dining credit for use at The Table when staying in cabins.
Outdoor entertainment can be found throughout the property no matter the time of year. In summer, guests can hike, play basketball and fish in the river. When winter descends on the valley, visitors can ski at the Arizona Snow Bowl, sled at Wing Mountain and attend the Sedona Film Festival in February. The resort is a two-hour drive from Grand Canyon National Park and three hours from Lake Powell.
