Right now the total bill is $25 more than the clerk told me at checkout. I could not get a print out printer issue at hotel , clerk said she would e mail. bill which she never did

Beautiful place, close to everything, rooms were totally awesome & roomy, large bathroom and shower, front desk staff very friendly and helpful, we had a great time!!

big room, comfortable bed, great service. No free breakfast (cost $12.50) but food was good. free shuttle (tips only) to and from old town area (in St. Augustine, FL) rained a lot but was pleasant.

Great room and location!! Only disappointment was the hot tub was not working and after riding the trolley all day that would of been nice!

Not sure the Breakfast buffet is worth $12.99. Most hotel breakfast our complimentary and I felt like I needed to eat $13 worth of breakfast food but I couldn’t if anything maybe charge for individual things?

Great hotel. Quiet and very clean. Big Beautiful rooms with comfy beds. Staff were a bit rushed and there weren't many good food options suggested (we had to go to front desk to ask - no suggestions in the room). We ended up finding a great pizza place that delivered. They also had shuttle service to downtown St. Augustine - which was nice. Overall - a great stay!

The front desk clerk was very sweet and a hard worker.

The hotel smelled like cigarette smoke and mold. The room had stained carpet and the shower was moldy. We didn't feel safe staying there with our two kids.
