Hotel was great, rooms were large by NY standards. Great view from our room of Central Park. Very convenient location for our group going to a Broadway show and some other activities.

Hotel was very secure and clean with a great central and safe location . Room had fabulous views and was an adequate size. The breakfast buffet provided many nice hot and cold options. Errol, a staff member in the breakfast area , was a complete delight and went out of his way to be helpful while engaging in pleasant conversation. We found ourselves looking for him and hoping he was working each day! Jamie Bond was also a joy and very devoted to the guest experience. His weekend afternoon ice cream treats in the lobby are worth looking for!! Overall the hotel was a great experience and worthy of a repeat stay!

Wonky room with miserable old pillows and varied quality towels. No TV remote, only one coffee mug and one bathroom glass. A solid three star stay in a three star hotel. Elevators were dirty.
