"We stay here every year when we go to NYC. Unfortunately they did not get us into our room in a timely manner and only one evelvator was funtioning on Monday so it took a long time to get to the breakfast and out for the day. Also our room had no fan in the bathroom and a missing light fixture. I reported both when we checked out so they could fix it."

We stay here every year when we go to NYC. Unfortunately they did not get us into our room in a timely manner and only one evelvator was funtioning on Monday so it took a long time to get to the breakfast and out for the day. Excellent hotel for a NYC weekend. Rooms are small but efficient and have beautiful views. Ask for a high floor if possible. I am a Gold member, so I always get an upgrade, fortunately. Its nice to have a fridge and mircrowave available.

The room was perfect for the 3 of us for a long weekend. The views were amazing from our room and the location was ideal for all our planned activities. It was very quiet and very clean.

My birthday trip. We were close to the theater and museums and Central Park . We had a great view of the city from our room. The breakfast buffet was sensational with loads of options. It was a perfect stay

We had a great experience at the hotel. I chose this hotel for its location, amenities, and reviews. When great discount became available through Travelzoo, I jumped right on it. A view from our room on 56th floor was spectacular. Breakfast was outstanding with wide variety of choices, never ran out of food through the whole breakfast scheduled time. The hotel staff is top notch. Everyone is friendly, approachable, and professional. Room was kept spotless by Gigi during our stay. I can’t wait to go back!
