When it threw open its doors in March 2018, the Omni Louisville was the first new luxury hotel to open in Louisville in years. The property brings over 600 new deluxe rooms and suites to the city's downtown, just steps from destinations like Louisville Slugger Field, the Muhammad Ali Center, multiple downtown distilleries and the Fourth Street Live entertainment and dining complex.
All rooms feature great views of downtown. Deluxe rooms start at a spacious 389 square feet with plush bedding, flat-panel televisions, curated in-room bourbon-stocked minibars and quartz bathrooms with walk-in showers or tubs. Tech-friendly features include USB charge ports throughout the rooms.
The hotel features multiple destination-level dining options, including Kentucky's first outpost of the Dallas-based Bob's Steak & Chop House. The Falls City Market food court is already popular with locals and travelers alike with multiple stalls featuring a variety of cuisine along with a flower shop, a wine and spirits shop and a coffee bar. There are three different bars: one serving the third-story rooftop pool deck, a lobby bar and even a speakeasy-style bourbon bar with a four-lane bowling alley.
There's also a full service Mokara Spa and salon, a fitness center and a kids club for family stays -- don't forget to order the kids their milk and cookies on the first night of your visit.
