Location is good, underground garage parking with EV charging station, breakfast is good

Hot tubs are under renovation, we had to walk over to Homewood suite to use their facilities, not very convenient. Standard room is smaller than average, and not sound proofed, difficult to rest at night while your neighbour is partying next door, towels provided are so old and there are wholes on them, doesn’t provide body lotion

Good place to stay if you want the pedestrian village. Rooms are a little tired and mostly clean but some improvements are needed there too when it comes to furniture stains and some areas needing further wiping. Our one bedroom suite was a good size, the fireplace was a plus and the kitchen was handy.

Happy about the accommodation with lots of space and cleanliness. Was surprised to be told that parking is payable at $22 plus tax per day even though we mentioned that it's included in the Travelzoo package. The receptionist told us that he's never heard of it being included. Good thing that we brought a copy of the Travelzoo receipt with us and be able to show him of the included parking. Otherwise we would have to pay for the parking.

Customer service at this hotel is not as good as our past experience with other Marriott properties.

Well located. Easy parking. Close to everything. Front desk staff excellent but for one young man who displayed irritation when the room keys deactivated 10 minutes before 11 and guests had to come get them reactivated in order to check out. A little more training needed there.

A great find otherwise. We will return for ski season when possible.
