We had a "cityview room" - was actually a view of the air conditioning units and nothing else. A little disappointing

Room fan was very noisy on and off all night. Bed did not have pillow top and the springs were creaking.. this could have been a roadside $29.99 motel.

We booked a room with a king bed, when we arrived after 5:30pm, we were told that no rooms with king beds were available at the time, we either had to wait till one was ready or take a room with two queens. How they did not have a room ready that late in the day, I can't understand. The power to our bathroom cut out, we stopped by the from desk at 10pm to inform them of this and they said they would send someone to fix it while we were out. We returned to the room at 12pm and the issue was still not fixed, so we had to contact the front desk a second time to get the issue resolved.

It’s cleanliness. But in total so bad experience, for overall. Even the coupons they just give it when we’re checking out because I asked for it but no use because we’re checking out. We checked out too early at 9:45 because it’s too hot in the room

When we went there the rooms are still not fixed and it’s almost 4:30, then they said to go back after an hour. We were so tired. Then I spoke with manager and he even is rude correcting me it’s only a three star hotel. When we went to our room we recognized at 9 pm that the showers are not working and it took them an hour to fixed it. Even the room is too hot and the aircon is not working

The connecting bridge to the casino is great in the colder months! No need to go outside!
Other Comments
We were put on a very low floor (2) so the room was fairly noisy which wasn't a huge issue since we weren't travelling with kids. The largest issue was that the curtains Didn't close all the way so you couldn't get the room dark while sleeping. Aside from that we enjoyed it. Room size and location of hotel were excellent. Tip- check how much casino parking is. They day we were checking out it was only $5 which is much less expensive than what the hotel is charging and it's attached to the hotel by a walkway!
