Hilton Daytona Oceanfront Resort
Why We Love This Hotel
- Located in Ocean Walk Village, a $1 billion shopping, dining and entertainment complex
- A short stroll to the boardwalk, historic Daytona Beach Bandshell and Daytona Lagoon water park
- Complimentary beach towels help keep guests from bringing unwanted sand home in their luggage
The resort is located at the epicenter of beach activity. Ocean Walk Village is a massive complex with shops and several dining options, while the Hilton itself also boasts five restaurants, three bars and a water sports center.
Within two blocks of the resort is the boardwalk, which is home to the historic Daytona Beach Bandshell, an outdoor stage that hosts concerts in the evenings. When a break from the saltwater is needed, the freshwater flumes and lazy river of Daytona Lagoon water park are right next door. Across the street is the Peabody Auditorium, a large performing arts center and concert hall.
Note: An additional US$12 (plus tax) nightly resort fee covers Wi-Fi, one-hour boogie board or bike rental, an appetizer, free meals at Doc Bales' Grill for kids 12 and under, and 15% off spa treatments and gift shop purchases.
