Travelzoo made it very easy to book and kept me updated prior to checkin. The front desk was friendly and efficient. While we were not expecting housekeeping every day, it was a pleasant surprise each day (except we needed to ask for more toilet tissue and hand soap as it was not provided daily.) Other than that we had a super time and enjoyed our stay.

The hotel’s location was perfect. We got a studio suite which had a full kitchen, which helped out when it rained to stay in and enjoy a meal in front of the fireplace. The room has a Murphy bed and a sofa that had two twin beds. The staff was very friendly. There is garage parking available.

The room was very outdated and we found an empty candy wrapper in the couch cushions (wasn’t thoroughly cleaned) but otherwise the bed and bathrooms were clean. At check out I was told stay was not paid when I booked with Travelzoo and I was charged for the room. After searching I found the screen from Travelzoo that said I had paid in full and she had to do an ‘adjustment’ to my payment which hopefully will show a refund on my visa in a few days. Place was very noisy till 1100 pm with adults partying and kids running the halls and slamming doors. Mattresses are very old and saggy

The staff were beyond incredible and were welcoming and helpful in planning our summer escape! Christianne at the front desk was super helpful and we wanted to give her a shout out for being so awesome! The suite was perfect for our little group and allowed us to cook or dine out if wanted. The location was exceptional and put us in the heart of all the action of this beautiful little town. We are definitely coming back next year!
