Small hotel. Good location. The Pool. the small patio.

Room and bathroom need better cleaning. Kitchen needs updating. The old fridge started making a loud "whistling noice" in the middle of the night. We couldn't sleep. Finally, we had to unplug the fridge so we could sleep. Two single sofa beds very uncomfortable. Murphy bed had a drawer that kept opening by itself. My friend was worried she would hurt herself if she needed to get up in the middle of the night. We had to jam a towel to keep it from opening. I mentioned the fridge and drawer to the front desk. I mentioned also that I booked a room in that hotel for my daughter's birthday on June 11th (it's a surprise gift). (They had the wrong arrival date for her by the way, I am glad I checked) and mentioned that I didn't want her in the room we had. They put a note on her reservation. I hope, they'll give her a better room, otherwise, I will never stay in that hotel again.

Friendly and excellent service. Love having pool and hot tub. I have already told several people about this deal. There were no hidden or surprise fees. Waived parking and resort fee made it worthwhile. Thank you.

Good location in Blackcomb village. The rooms are well equipped with kitchen & balcony. The pool was not working and the Key was closed. Minor issues overall.

From the moment we entered the hotel we knew this was going to be our new go to place to stay in Whistler! The Staff were friendly and very helpful. Check in was quick and efficient. Our room was much larger than we expected. Very well equipped and clean! The bed was comfortable with lots of extra blankets and pillows. All in all this was a perfect little get away for us and I've already booked 2 more trips.

It’s off the Village Stroll so more peaceful, but still very close to everything. Staff was very helpful.

Room was ready for us to check in. It was clean and a great fit for us. Kitchen had some cooking supplies (ie plates, cups, pans and etc). We were a little disappointed that the heated outdoor pool wasn’t working. The keg was going through reno so we could enjoy the restaurant but there were a lot of choices for food in the village.

My experience at the hotel was good, but my experience with Travelzoo was poor. When I got to the hotel to check in, they didn't have my reservation because they said my booking was for the next month. I showed them my Travelzoo voucher for the correct dates they said that Travelzoo had made a mistake. Also when I book with Travelzoo, I pay right away. The hotel informed me that I had to pay them directly because the Travelzoo website had been down and that my payment hadn't been collected. It seemed strange that there were so many mistakes by Travelzoo, this has not been my experience.
Other Comments
When we checked in, they gave us a tiny little room with no window (only a patio door) whereas we could see that all other rooms had windows as well as the patio, and our room was right beside the elevator. I felt like, because of the mix up with the Travelzoo date being booked a month late (not on the correct date requested). I booked April 23-24, and Travelzoo had booked MAY 23-24th that this resulted in us getting a lower value room. It was kind of strange...Overall, the staff was helpful but it was not a smooth process that it usually is.
