The hotel room was clean, the bed was comfortable enough. Rooms were small (but it's an old hotel). Staff were friendly in the restaurant with coffee and breakfast..excellent. The was trouble with our friends who we went with and a real hassle for them. The manager was gracious and honoured a certain price for our friends.

The hotel was a bit dated but clean. Sitting in the hotel restaurant lounge was "missing a little something". The reception desk staff were okay, but wouldn't honour our groups pricing and there was a bit of an argument. Location is right on yonge street so it's noisy, but to be expected. It wasn't bad at all but I would stay elsewhere in Toronto

Great hotel, kept very clean and with beautiful decoration. Location is of course prime. Room has modern amenities. Great value with the Travelzoo voucher. Check in and check out was easy, even got the floor that we wanted!

The room was spacious and clean the hotel was inviting and cozy in a boho chic kind of way the didn’t have high end price tag or stuffy environment. The staff was super friendly kind and helpful and the room was clean and bed comfy! The location was stellar for a trip to explore all of Toronto!

Hotel that is closed to the Air Canada Centre, Union Station, Hockey Hall of Fame and Meridian Hall. Very good deal through Travel Zoo. If you are facing young street, the street noise can be loud. Great for adults

My train to Toronto was delayed by 14 hrs. Since i was only going for 2 nights i cancelled the trip. Hotel Victoria would only wave the cancellation fee for the 2nd nite. Technically correct but given that i had no control over the situation not very “user friendly”. I’ve stayed there many times pre-covid and was looking forward to re-establishing the relationship. Now i will look elsewhere.
