Set in a traditional 19th-century building, this hotel is in the very heart of historic Rome -- it's just moments from the Trevi Fountain, which is the Eternal City's largest Baroque fountain and is one of the world's most recognisable thanks to films such as "La Dolce Vita". It's perfectly placed for visiting some of the city's must-see attractions, many of which are within walking distance. The Pantheon for example, which is one of Rome's best-preserved ancient monuments, is around a 10-minute walk from the hotel, while the Spanish Steps are just 600 metres away.
In the bustling area around the hotel, there are plenty of bars, cafés and trattorias where you'll find everything from pizza, pasta and sandwiches to gelato and cocktails. It's also a good area for shopping, with well-known high-street stores and chic designer boutiques just a stroll away.
Back at the hotel, guests can relax with a coffee or an ice-cold drink on the roof terrace (summertime only), which has views across the neighbouring terracotta-tiled rooftops. During the warmer months, breakfast can also be taken on the terrace. If you need any help planning your stay, the multi-lingual hotel staff can offer recommendations and organise sightseeing tours. The reception desk is open 24 hours a day.
Interior styles in the individually decorated rooms vary. Some feature bright white and soft colour palettes, while bold patterns and stripes are favoured in others. Some of them have original features such as wooden ceilings. A couple of the higher category Deluxe Rooms have balconies with city views.
