What You Need to Know
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made prior to 3 p.m. local time, seven days before arrival; a $25 fee will be charged to cancel the reservation. If cancelling less than seven days before arrival, the deposit is forfeited; for cancellations less than 48 hours before arrival, the full amount of stay is forfeited
- A deposit of $125 per night will be authorized at time of reservation
- Booking note: A mandatory resort fee of 18% per room, per night is included in the prices listed above; the fee covers parking, Wi-Fi, breakfast gratuity and use of resort facilities
- Price based on up to two guests sharing a room; additional guests are an extra $49 plus tax per night for older children and adults; children three to 12 are an extra $23 plus tax per night
- Children two and under stay free of charge when using existing bedding
- Not pet-friendly; service animals only

Beautiful location and excellent service but the room are a bit tired....the bed was a minute away from being just a pillow as there was no support in the mattress. It was also very noisy, we could hear people in the next room talking, road noise and the mechanical equipment going on and off, A quieter room would induce us to return more swiftly

Absolutely loved the hotel,our room was perfect quite large and beautiful views.Our only complaint was service and food at the bar.My husband waited close to 15 minutes for a beer and finally had to yell at someone to get some service.Most unorganized bar we have ever seen.Food choices were very poor and once we did get something it wasn’t very appetizing and very small portion and expensive.If we go back again we would definitely try the dining room and see if the food is better there.

Unfortunate for us the indoor pool, sauna and hot tub were not in service. The hiking trails are not on the resort as you would thing from their advertising. The staff were very good. The food at the breakfast and Babbitt were good.

It would have been helpful if the resort had contacted us before our arrival and informed us that only the bar restaurant was available to dine in and that the indoor pool was not operational.
Other Comments
The decor, fixtures and fittings in our room were very dated. We hope that the resort's new owners will invest in upgrading and modernizing them.

Room a bit small. No water in room, called the front desk, they said we have available and brought two bottles, did not mentioned there was a charge, only found out when I received my final bill.

Rooms run down. Cracked sink. Warped, scratched furniture. No soap in shower. Light fixture full of dirt. Skimpy food. Breakfast area full of dirty tables. No cutlery/ mugs. Juice not replenished.

We would go there again if a deal is offered.

There was a lack of hot water in our room and a cold shower is not good. The resort needs a renovation as some areas are looking a little old. There was not a fridge in the room, unusual in a resort of this quality.
