Easy to get to but a bit far from NOTL which we knew when we booked. We got stuck in elevator. One had already been out of commission for a while so this was not fun. Staff is very friendly. Shower is beautiful but badly designed. You can’t help but get a cold shower and get your hair wet when you get it started.

Everything about our stay was very positive. Check-in was welcoming and without any problems. We appreciated the bag of dog goodies and bottle of wine that were part of the promotion. Our request for a ground floor room was fulfilled with a lovely, spacious and attractively decorated room overlooking a nice wooded area at the back of the property so it was also very quiet. The room amenities were very good quality. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast buffet the next morning. The location was convenient both for arrival and for our various destinations in the area. The only reason I gave Location 4 stars is because the physical location is basically just off the QEW in a sort of hotel row/light industrial commercial area. If you're thinking picturesque Niagara-on-the-Lake, that's a 15/20 minute drive away. This did NOT bother us, we know the area well and all the spots we wanted to revisit, NotL, Niagara Falls, the Niagara Parkway, are within very easy driving distance. We would certainly stay in this hotel again.

The location was great. It was half way between Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake Main Street. Lots of free parking. Breakfast was good! They accepted dogs for a fee. We like to travel with our dog if we are within Ontario. Location was a short commute to the Niagara Falls dog park. Staff were friendly and welcoming. It was easy to check in and out. The only downside to this hotel was there were not a lot of places to go walking because it was kind of in an industrial area.

We went off the main area to have dinner. We went to Bricks and Barley 1573 Four Mile Creek Road in Niagara on the Lake. It was great for pizza and the Crème Brûlée was awesome.

A/C pointed directly at bed while sleeping and there was a constant freezing breeze blowing. The air deflectors were permanent and couldn't be moved for the wind to be diverted.
There was a leak in the toilet where water was constantly dripping and it was annoying at night to hear, even with the door closed.
Therefore, we couldn't sleep at all and we got a sore throat from the cold.,
Mentioned all this on checkout and all they said was it would be noted.
I thought they would at least invite us back to make the experience positive. Very impersonal.

Nice clean hotel with several, pleasant outdoor eating/relaxing areas. Close to outlet mall and highway (5 minutes) and close to Main Street in NOTL. Normally staff at hotels within walking distance of theatres but needed a dog friendly hotel that wasn’t charging extra fees per night (and no others were available). Breakfast was included in our Travelzoo voucher and was pretty decent. Wine options as part of the promo woujd not be our choice but was appreciated.

Was truly a nice relaxing couple of days. Absolutely loved the pool and hot tub and getting some sun outdoors. All the staff were so nice and the maintenance staff was awesome. Catered quickly to our every request, unlocking doors, starting firepit, etc. They worked tirelessly to keep the place spotless. Food at breakfast was excellent. We had dinner at the restaurant also and it too was good. Beds were super comfy and the shower was invigorating. I loved all the toiletries. Funny but I only had one complaint and that was the toilet lol. Whenever an upgrade is needed, you should consider installing higher ones. I can't wait to go back but I must admit - the Travelzoo special has spoiled me.
