Booking stated a king size bed, it was maybe a twin. The rooms were extremely dark and the lighting in the room was insufficient, even with every single one on. It was the hardest mattress and darkest room I've ever stayed in. The hotel is also right over a night club with thumping music amd people yelling all evening. Worst Travelzoo deal to date.

Great hotel, however there is a noisy bar/ nightclub across the street that you can hear at night over the weekend.

It’s quite noisy in the evening. If not for the ear plugs, it would be impossible to sleep.

Convenient location. Comfy bed. Nice staff.
Other Comments
Loud/booming music til 2am from bar adjacent to hotel. Could also hear guests above and next door. While hotel provides earplugs, rooms need to be soundproofed.

The staff was lovely. Our only problem was that we had booked a king bed and the room we got had a queen The second night we were able to move from the loft suit to a regular room with a king. Unfortunately the hotel wouldn’t adjust the rate. ( 159.00 vs 119.00). We still enjoyed our stay and would return

We were celebrating our 60th wedding anniversary. Unfortunately it rained the whole time were there, and we were disappointed that the gondolas were not running due to pre-ski-season maintenance. We greatly enjoyed the Tom Thomson exhibition at the Audain Gallery.
Other Comments
The bathroom would benefit from a little TLC of some paint on the baseboards and caulking around the sink. It would have been nicer to have a lamp on both sides of the King bed. The accounting got messed up with a gift from our daughter charged to our VISA account and our parking charged to her VISA account. Apart from the rain, we enjoyed our stay very much and were favourably impressed with the front desk and restaurant staff who were friendly and helpful throughout.
