A member of the Classic British Hotels collection, Wyck Hill House Hotel & Spa is a 4-star property that has an AA-Rosette-awarded restaurant, a sumptuous spa and a heated cigar terrace. Behind the Cotswold stone exterior, its period features include an oak-panelled library, a grand staircase, open log fires and an impressive front hall.

The hotel is "ideally positioned", according to The AA, five minutes' drive from Stow-on-the-Wold. This ancient town has a historic market square and a Grade I-listed Norman-era church, and is known for its antique shops. It also holds a farmers' market on the second Thursday of each month. The market towns of Moreton-in-Marsh and Chipping Norton are less than 20 minutes' drive from the hotel, and Cheltenham Racecourse, Oxford and Stratford-upon-Avon are all within 50 minutes' drive.

The hotel's "excellent" (The Daily Telegraph) conservatory restaurant has views of the estate and holds an AA Rosette for its modern British food. There's also a cosy bar and several public lounge areas. The spa has six therapy rooms and an extensive treatment menu.

The hotel's 55 bedrooms are in the main house, the Orangery and the coach house, and are all generous in size.

Garden Rooms are in the modern extension of the manor house -- please note that not all of these rooms have garden views and they are spread across four floors.

Wi-Fi is free although the signal can be limited in some parts of the hotel.

Had a great 1 night stay with my husband plus our friends also had a room. The travel zoo package included Dinner bed and breakfast, afternoon tea and scones, and a spa treatment. Hotel is very nice looking, very polite and friendly staff, room was basic but clean (Although tv was broken and door handle almost impossible to open), 3 course dinner was very tasty (recommend them cheeseboard for dessert), breakfast was great, tea and scones was hot and delicious, and my spa treatment with Leanne was probably one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Overall a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend.

This claimed to be a 4 star hotel, the rooms are not!!! No where near. We paid for an additional night before our arrival and during our 2 night stay we had moved 3 times.

Excellent value for money. The food was superb I.e. full English breakfast, three course evening meal and cream tea. The spa was very clean and my massage was excellent, though the spa could do with redecoration. Our room was clean and comfortable. We found all the hotel staff polite and professional and would recommend the hotel as great base for touring the Cotswolds.
Other Comments
The staff were great. Especially the Scottish man (we didn’t catch his name) He was very helpful, professional, friendly and cheerful. He seemed to be everywhere, doing everything i.e. serving in restaurant, bar and helping with luggage. I originally booked a facial but swapped at the last minute for a back, neck & shoulder massage which was expertly carried out by a lovely polish therapist. Our room was clean and comfortable but could do with a refresh/redecoration, the same goes for the spa, though the public areas of the hotel were lovely. The food was superb breakfast, three course evening meal and the cream tea. Overall a lovely hotel in a good location.

Lovely location, ten minute drive into Stow-on-the-Wold. Food very good indeed. Could do with more bar staff as had to wait for staff member to return to bar to serve as he was also busy clearing and serving coffee and afternoon teas.
