The only AA-rated 5-star hotel in Cardiff Bay, the St David’s sits within a 10-minute walk of the area’s many bars, restaurants and shops. Theatre, arts and concert lovers will enjoy being close to the Millennium Centre, sci-fi and TV fans can visit the Dr Who Experience, just 8 minutes’ drive away, and adrenalin junkies can head for Cardiff International Whitewater. Meanwhile, the Welsh capital’s city centre attractions - the castle, museums and the Millennium Stadium, are less than two miles away.
If you find yourself back at the hotel for lunch or dinner, Tempus at Tides Bar & Restaurant offers modern British fare, made with the best produce Wales has to offer, and gorgeous views over the bay.
