The front desk staff and the parking garage attendant were pleasant and efficient. The room was fine and had enough room for an urban hotel. Our included continental breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location of Hotel Zelos was the best part. We were able to explore the SOMA district right from the hotel. We were near City Hall where our son got married and near SFMOMA which we enjoyed the next day.

Hotel was convenient, clean, modern and parking was underneath the hotel in a secure, clean garage with security guard. You could easily access your car at any time. The restaurant and bar were very good and whole experience a great value.

This was a great deal! we got a free bottle of wine and vouchers for the restaurant however, check your bill! The complimentary breakfast was billed on my final bill and I had to speak to management who quickly fixed the issue.

We stayed at Hotel Zelos when we attended a Golden State Warriors game. It was easy to park in front of the hotel in order to check in. We had the car valeted which made things easy. The vibe inside is sort of speakeasy/ steam pump nicely done. The Muni bus to the Chase Center stops right in front of the hotel and the Muni tram station is also a short walk. Would return.

Overall a good experience, but a couple of things kept it from being great: Fist, we were not informed or given the breakfast vouchers or wine bottle when we checked in, and had to leave the restaurant on our first morning to go to the front desk and try and figure out how to get our breakfast, after the restaurant initially refused to serve us. Secondly, we were surprised on our first night to find music and crowd noise pumped directly into our room from the restaurant patio outside our window. We asked to move to a less noisy room, but we were told there were none available. This ended up being tolerable, but it would have been better if we were given some kind of heads up. Many people probably do not go to this hotel for peace and quiet in the first place, but it would have been better if the noise condition was disclosed as a simple courtesy.
