The Royal Park Hotel is a 4-star hotel in Tokyo's central Nihonbashi district, conveniently next to the Tokyo City Air Terminal (TCAT), where a limousine bus travels direct to and from Tokyo Narita International Airport every 15 minutes.
Today a busy business district that’s home to the Tokyo Stock Exchange as well as luxury shops and world-class restaurants, Nihonbashi district features traces of the city's 400-year-old Edo period, including a stone bridge hidden under a modern highway. Japan's first department store, Mitsukoshi Nihonbashi, now a historic landmark, is a 16-minute walk from the hotel. Other attractions in the area within walking distance include Kyosumi Teien, a serene, traditional park and the Bridgestone Museum of Art, filled with contemporary and old master artworks.
Guest rooms are stylish and feature a deep soaking bathtub, climate control, cable TV, free Wi-Fi, and access to the pool, training gym, sauna and Jacuzzi. There is also a La Prairie day spa for pampering treatments and massage at an extra fee.
The hotel features six dining options: the elegant Genjokoh restaurant for Japanese specialties, including a tempura counter; Kei-Ka-En for Cantonese cuisine; the Yanone Sushi bar; Royal Scotts, for light snacks and bar food; the Fontaine for afternoon tea and light meals; and the Sumida teppan-yaki steakhouse for succulent Kobe steaks prepared by professional chefs in front of guests, against an impressive backdrop of Tokyo’s glimmering skyline.
Note: Starting January, 2019 property renovations will affect access to the sauna, hot tub, fitness facilities and swimming pool.
