The lounge and restaurant were not open. The plumbing fixtures in the room were miniatures of small normal size. The room was very small and cramped.
The bed was very comfortable.

The room was more suited for one person.

We were on one of the rooms facing the alley, on the 9th floor...and there was a lot of noise from what I can presume was the a/c unit for the building. It made for a little less than relaxing night.

lobby was nice and although the coffee shop had limited options and sold out of what they did have quickly it was good

cost given that bar or restaurant not open, bathroom so small for size of room, homeless out front sleeping overnight in doorway and shooting up in alley way. Complimentary wine served in plastic cup

Loved everything about the hotel. Room was large and beautiful. Staff was helpful. Very classy hotel in a good area. We had fears of homelessness in the area and saw none. Will definitely stay here again.
