Unfortunately, was a hockey tournament in town so this hotel is booked up to floor five with loud noisy kids running around the hallways. Upon check out they had given us a room on the fourth floor which was hockey field. We asked to be moved to another floor before heading to our room and they gave us the fifth floor. Which unfortunately also had hockey players on it. At 9:30. It was so loud we had to be asked to be moved. They didn’t have any king rooms left so we had to get a double queen. It’s not totally happy as they could’ve upgraded us to a better room for our hassle. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We took this trip without the kids. The room was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay, we did not use the pool, or fitness center but did check them out and they looked good. I would not recommend eating in the IHOP restaurant in the hotel as it cost more than our dinner the night before and even though we were the only customers in the restaurant the server check on us once and then only came back to clear the table and hand us the check.

All the coupons that where included had many types of fine prints that made them not usable unless spending a certain amount at the restaurant and there was a facility charge per person for the attractions (example - free 4 person emission to Lazer tag. When we got there we were told there is 10 dollar a person facility charge)

My King Size bed room on a high floor was spacious with a very comfortable bed. However, all four pillows provided on the bed were a little too hard and thick for comfort---took awhile to fall asleep each night due to the straining on the neck. There should be different types of pillows (i.e. two thicker ones and at least two normal-sized ones) to accommodate all needs. Despite the high floor, there was some noise from above my room very late one night, but usually it was quiet. The staff were quite welcoming and helpful. There is still no daily room house-keeping, unfortunately, however but i was able to ask and receive a few things as needed.
It should be noted that the IHOP restaurant located in the lobby of this hotel does not seem to follow its own posted opening hours. I went down to it for lunch the day after checking in and despite the fact that it was a full 30 min. before closing time, was told by the very surly, unfriendly restaurant manager that it was already closed and he provided no explanation or apology whatsoever for the early closure. He was rather rude, clearly having no regard for customer service although I politely asked him why the restaurant had closed early with no notice of any kind. The restaurant is managed separately from the hotel although located in the lobby but beware of unexpected early closing times, especially if you want to avoid going out in the freezing cold in winter to find another restaurant if needed! Very disappointing. Thank goodness there is a small fridge and a micro-wave oven in the rooms. I had no interest in returning to the IHOP downstairs which does not value customers.
The indoor swimming pool is an attractive, well-maintained area though the pool itself is rather small, good for a dip but not much real swimming.
On the whole, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay for the rate I paid and overall comfort and convenience.

Advertised vouchers for discounts are very deceiving. Not really worth it. It sounds like you're getting lots of discounts, but it's really nothing special. Niagara Falls in general is VERY overpriced for what it is. The hotel was very nice, pleasant staff, clean, spacious room.

I think iHop was hopeless. We were given 15$ coupon but we're told that we have to order two breakfast to use 15$ coupon. My spouse didn't want to eat and the server lady told me that she can't take 15$ for one person's order. They don't reveal any info until you seat down and still you find lots of hidden surprises. iHop should be banned in Canada, I think it is Hopeless business partnership with Wyndham. Guest who spends 150$/nt, iHop is thinking to spend 40$ for breakfast. iHop, you're not even 3 start rating on google, so keep your food prices based on the public rating you get. My advise if you want to stay in business for longer. Down the road, Tim Horton's, you spend $20 and get anything of person's choice and donate $20 to food bank for good cause.

The beds do not have fitted sheets. Therefore they just have a regular top sheet covering the mattress and a comforter. If you move around at night the sheer will move exposing the mattress (which ours had stains all over it, gross to be touching that.) and the pillows smelt weird. I called the front desk asking if we were supposed to have a fitted sheet and they said they don’t have fitted sheets at the hotel. There was also hair in the shower (not sure if it got cleaned). They also don’t have cleaning services right now so if you stay more than one night your room will not be getting cleaned.

I booked two rooms using the Travelzoo deal. We were in Tower A. This hotel does not have a spacious lobby where people can congregate. The lobby is just enough for a few to check-in. The front desk folks are professional and they are what makes this hotel above average. One room we got was decent but the other room was not. The musty odor lingered till I mentioned this to front desk, and someone came to spray the room which magically covered the odor. Room size is good for two people. It's really a hotel to shower and sleep. The coupons that came with the deal are really not a good deal as they have quite a number of restrictions. The IHOP inside this hotel is not the best for breakfast. Eat somewhere else. Don't be enticed with the coupon.

This was our 35th Anniversary, and we had stayed in Niagara Falls on our Honeymoon. We were lucky enough to be able to get a table by the window overlooking the Falls at the same Restaurant (Tablerock) like we did on our honeymoon. A very special time with a new memory created.

Very clean Hotel, with regular cleaning evident in the rooms. The view could have been better, but the location of the Hotel would not necessarily have allowed for a view of the Falls. Our room was on the top floor with a City view. Parking was also conveniently located, and reasonably priced.

All was good except for TV channels. There was no 24 hour CANADIAN news Channel, but CNN and Fox was on. There was I believe a City Tv channel which is more local to Toronto. There Sportsnet Channel covered the Boston team not the Blue Jays. A very big disappointment

I was first awoke approx. 2:30 -3;00 am with a male and female fighting and slamming the room doors, then was awoke at at 6:30 a.m. with water pouring out of the ceiling light in the bathroom. I called front desk. By the room door beside mine was a pile of dirty towels on the floor, they were not just dirty towels they had discussing things on them, they sat there for 3 hours that i am aware and walked by every time I walked out of my room. I explained this to the front desk and he gave me a $30.00 refund. I got a room to have a sleep that evening but that did not happen due to 2 factors.

Our room was large, clean and the beds very comfortable. The tv signal went out continuously so we gave up and turned it off. My husband was disappointed to miss the Blue Jays. The hotel deal and gift vouchers that attracted us to the trip were completely negated by the extra Niagara Falls taxes and the parking fee to the tune of an additional $100. Won't get fooled again.

Hotel was good except for broken hot tub. The recommended restaurant, Ruths Chris Steak House, had good fod but at prices way beyond exorbitant. This ruined the total experience at Wyndaham Garden Niagara Falls Fallsview hotel. To correct this I recommend that Wyndham associates itself with a different steak house.

One downfall was the room was too hot, even with turning off the heat.
The pool was lovely but we were disappointed the hot tub wasn’t operational.
