Other Comments: Fabulous hotel which far exceeded my expectations. Breakfast fit for a king, plus little extras such as complimentary hot chocolate and chocolate sweets in the lounge area. My husband was instantly handed an umbrella on his way out as it was starting to rain. Very grand hotel but with a homely feel to it.

Other Comments: Warm and comfortable the bistro is good and then is a good selection of lighter meal options.

Other Comments: The location is wonderful--right across the street from the British Museum, very close to convenient public transportation. When we checked in, someone called up to the room a few minutes later to ensure that we had everything we needed and the room was to our satisfaction. The staff at the hotel is excellent.
