The Swissotel is a beautiful and unique building. The staff were friendly and gave top notch service. The room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Thanks to the Travelzoo deal we were able to have a special weekend.

I was very impressed with our valet Cedric . He went above and beyond the service upon getting to our room I noticed I left my glasses in the car. When I went to Cedric he immediately went to my car and got them for me. He was very friendly and pleasant at all times.

Overall the experience was good. My only complaint is the parking and valet experience. The wait time to retrieve your car was terrible. I had an appointment and due to the wait I had to get a Lyft ride and because I was late and had to rush through my service.

Checking in and checking out were not easy and when I tried to use a different card to pay for the hotel they told me they had changed the card be billed but they did not. Getting a hold of the staff before the stay and after was a nightmare.
