Nous nous sommes renseignés sur l'heure des déjeuners le soir précédent et on nous a informé que le déjeuner était servi jusqu'à 10h00. Cependant, le déjeuner était servi jusqu'à 9h30. Donc, lorsque nous sommes descendus vers 9h40, toute la nourriture était ramassée. Même le café n'était plus disponible sur les lieux, il fallait se le procurer dans le lobby.
Donc une très mauvaise expérience.

The rooms were large and well laid out but the bathroom could use a facelift. It would be a nice touch if they provided a couple bottles of water. I guess I’ve come to expect that. Even 3 star hotels provide water. Other than that I would recommend the hotel. The buffet breakfast was well stocked and the location was great for access to Old Montreal.

The second night we couldn’t get the heat to go off, well over 100 degrees, who can sleep in that.
Housekeeping didn’t show up, but truthfully we were okay with that. The overall room smelled musty.

The photos are a bit deceiving... the hotel is much smaller than depicted. The rooms are clean and a good size. The standard king room indicated a separate seating area which in reality was a sofa bed in front of the king bed. The location of the TV was awkward to watch TV comfortably.

This hotel is in a great location and provided good value. Breakfast was included but we hadn't seen anything on the website about the pool being closed so that was disappointing. Also, we booked a Superior Suite and it's not two separate rooms, it's one large room with a kind of room divider at the foot of the bed that doesn't touch the wall on either side. It was still nice to have to extra space.

The hotel is very conveniently located in Vieux Montréal, just a few minutes walk from shops and restaurants along rue St Paul. Free underground parking was provided as well as a free buffet breakfast throughout our 3 night stay. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful in answering our questions.

Girl at the reception was rude.
Sofa bed in the room can't fully open. Called reception for help, someone came to the room try to fix it , but there is simply not enough room to open the bed, the guy went out and try to get someone else to help. Wait another 15-20mins. Nobody showed up. Called reception again , the girl told me " we can't fix that, we cant tear down the wall ..". i was shocked. She then gave me an option to downgrade to a smaller room.

Enjoyed staying at Marriott Springhill. Perfect location in Old Montreal. Very walkable. We left early our last morning and a boxed breakfast was provided for us. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Overall our experience at the this location was really positive. My only issue with this location is the language barrier - I speak English and they speak French. It is a bit challenging trying to get them to correct an issue with the amount they charged me with the Travelzoo amount.

Great location, deal was amazing to include parking and breakfast, right in the middle of Old Montreal. However, the bathroom was not cleaned properly (hair on the counter and floor) and when I brought it to the hotel's attention and they sent someone to clean it, it still wasn't properly cleaned which left me with doubts about the cleanliness of the room in general.

Please continue to offer this deal, breakfast was amazing, and please speak with your housekeeping staff to pay better attention to the cleaning. The sink in room 625 was also collecting some water, so please service those.

The hotel was clean. The room exactly what we wanted. Breakfast was very good. It's the staff at the front desk. They do not smile. They are not welcoming. We tried to engage them and all we got was a straight face and short information. We've never experienced that in the hospitality industry before. They have obviously no training, or they are just miserable people. Three different reception personnel. All the same.

We hope to return in February. It'll be interesting to see if the reception staff have been properly trained. It truly was the one thing we were disappointed about. It was as if THEY were doing US a favour by checking us in and out, or answering a question.

after arriving at 1230 and performing an early check-in was notified at 5pm that room was no longer available and would have to be moved to another hotel - while the hotel took responsibility and found another nearby hotel they should have been more proactive and called to discuss rather than wait for 5pm! appreciate that things happen that are out the hotel's control - however, given that we arrived at 1230 they should not have waited until we came back to get our key at 5pm - as a Silver Elite Bonvoy member, disappointed with the treatment

the room was very nice. Breakfast was provided and I ate at the on site Restaurant Auberge St-Gabriel and had the best Osso Buco I have eve tasted. It was an easy walk to the Conference I was attending and to shopping.
