I booked through travelzoo and received a room confirmation, when I arrived at the hotel they did not have my confirmation. After the employee looked through the booking site he said the reservation was not made because they did not have the room that I had reserved on the website and could not give me the room I had reserved, rather put me in a different room. The Chechen process took 10 minutes and when we got up to the room and looked in a drawer it had not been cleaned! There was garbage and old food in the top drawer of the tv stand. Really unimpressed.

Everything was good....unable to use much of facility because of other commitments.

Need to keep hand sanitizer upon entry replenished....lysol wipes are not for hands only surfaces.

I know this hotel was recently rebranded, but I didnt think there was anyting special or memorable about this hotel. Location wise, it was great. The room itself was not--maybe if I had a lakerom I would have thought differently, but I thought it was very standard.

In the midst of COVID this was a unique experience - no breakfast or amenities in the hotel BUT the reception staff were very obliging.

Girls weekend get together ...during Covid time.. we wanted to see IF we could still have get togethers in a limited social distance way....it was a success..

The hotel experience, although different felt safe & comfortable .. missed some of the small amenities but considering current health guidelines they did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable & staff was helpful and nice ..I will highly recommend this hotel..location is awesome..

Planned a short relaxing get-away to celebrate my husband's birthday and it was a great experience all round. The Radisson is one of my favourite hotels to stay and especially with the rate I was able to get through Travelzoo otherwise it is a bit expensive for us.
