What You Need to Know
- Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made 72 hours before arrival; the first night (room and tax) will be charged for cancellations received after this time or no-shows
- Booking note: A 1.26% Destination Marketing Fee applies to all bookings and is included in the prices listed above but will be paid directly to the hotel
- A two-night minimum stay is required on Fridays-Saturdays
- Extra guest fees are in addition to the total price and are payable to the hotel
- For One Bedroom Suites, rates are based on two guests; extra guest fee applies for the third and fourth guest (age 12 and up); maximum occupancy is four guests
- For Two Bedroom Suites, rates are based on four guests; extra guest fee applies for the fifth and sixth guest (age 12 and up); maximum occupancy is six guests
- Please do not include children, ages one to 11, in occupancy
- Note: Our system only allows reservations for up to five guests, but the Two Bedroom Suite can accommodate up to six guests

The elevator does not go to the parking garage. It was not accessible for us especially as we had to carry our luggage up stairs. Going in and out of the Suites was an issue because we had to use stairs to get to the garage. We had to park on the street if we could find it just to be able to come in and out. You needed to indicate explicitly that this was not an accessible place.

Cannot beat the location or value. Most rooms are beginning to show their age and will need upgrading, but for now, no better place to stay in Vancouver.

We booked an over-nighter instead of driving home after an evening out. As most hotels were charging $$$$$$, the Rosellen Suites, thru Travelzoo was a deal. As it is a converted apartment building, the rooms were spacious. The decor was somewhat dated, mundane, but very clean, as with most hotels that boast a beautiful lobby, but rate fair on the rooms ambience. Secure parking was a welcome feature as well. Overall a good place to stay for the $.

it could not have been better unless we had a rain reducer ;-) even so, the walkability was wonderful! Restaurants and food aplenty. The kitchen and dining area was well appointed and well used. We will book for longer next time!

The front desk staff are very accommodating. The suite was large and clean. The room was so peaceful and quiet, but close to all the hustle and bustle of the city.

The check in/ out process was inconvenient. Check in is 4pm, but their office is open so not between 9am-5pm. The hotel room smelled and the bed and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. There were additional charges for parking on the street, but by the time we checked in there were no spots available and my husband had to park 3 blocks away and pay city parking. Very dissatisfied with this booking.
