Hotel Arts Kensington was fabulous. We were beyond pleased with cozy stylish room - fireplace, huge bathroom, bed was so comfy, huge French doors with sunshine but black out blinds too. Location was perfect. The breakfast room was lovely. Staff were all great. We’ve already booked another stay to go back.

Have enjoyed the Kensington Inn several times in the past, but definitely disappointed most recently. It now seems very understaffed, with the front desk running around trying to take care of everyone. Parking was a big disappointment, as it was not available to us. We were sent across the street, and the arrangement was poorly communicated by the busy staff member. This resulted in a parking ticket. I requested a conversation with a manager and was told they would get in touch with me after the weekend. I waited until Thursday and had to give them a call. Not impressed with the lack of service or care for the satisfaction of their customers. Sorry to say but there are many other options that we would now go with over this Inn in decline.

We loved our room. It was spacious, clean, and super cool decor. The location is excellent; we had fun walking around Kensington. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. A great holidays!

All of the staff were very friendly. Check in was easy. Underground parking was very handy in winter. Breakfast had a variety of options. Great location for exploring the Kensington area and everything was at your fingertips.

The hotel should consider upgrading its TVs to smart TVs and providing additional outlets near the bed.

I had a great stay. Checking in was easy, the room and hotel was gorgeous. Incredible access in and around the area, especially along the river. Having a fireplace in the room was a special touch during a winter stay. The bathtub was immense, and a perfect end to a relaxing evening.

I was unable to sleep due to the loud fan and pillow top mattress. My chronic health issues require different accomodations, now I know. Otherwise everything was perfect.
