This was our second stay at Hotel Arts Kensington and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It is such a quaint boutique hotel with warm yet modern rooms. We had dinner at Oxbow for the first time and it was phenomenal.There were so many gluten free options.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming (4 of 5 stars due to the reception staff being slightly less engaging/welcoming upon check-in) We will definitely be back!

The choice of toiletries, quite frankly, is absolutely terrible. Please choose unscented everything!
