No pool although on the internet it shows pool to be on the second floor. I had to purchase a resort pass for $130 to swim at the grand Hyatt. If I knew I had to do that I would’ve just booked at a higher end hotel! Also hotel is away from many food locations

It would have been nice if they offered guests utilize the swimming pools at other sister locations - if possible.

Other Comments
Towel gets wet when showering because of hole placement on the glass divider. Floor gets wet because half of shower room has no cover. Tissue paper holder is hard to reach.
