The pool area is superb. We loved sitting on our lanai. Fitness center had everything we were looking for. The food in the restaurant was top notch. Our only concern is that the price will go up as others lean about it!

This place has huge potential! Much of the staff, with the exception of Wade, Jackie, Samson and Kayla, need to take a hospitality class, though. Most did not acknowledge me, even after I greeted them first. Most didn’t look up from their phones. Anyway, the hotel has good food and a lovely pool area. The location is awesome right along the canal and away from the throng of people at Waikiki Beach, but close enough to the beach if you wanted to go. This really could be amazing if the staff had better training

We have been overcharged. The rate was correct, but they charged for both nights a second time. Should have only been charged for one night on each reservation. The first was paid ahead. We are going back on Nov 2. Please see if you can get this straight with them.

Incredible value. Great location, great room, wonderful pool area with bar, nice on-site restaurant and coffee shop. Free borrow of beach towels and chairs really appreciated. View from corner king (with wrap around balcony) fantastic.
Other Comments
Some city noise (single pane windows) and leisurely service at restaurant. Valet prompt and efficient. Comfy bed and pillows.

I asked for a late check out. They said I could do it for a charge and I agreed. Check out by 2pm. Then they called me at 1:15 saying they needed the room and asked me to leave early but they still charged me the full amount for the late check out. They should have only charged me 1 hr since they asked me to leave earlier

Staff was great. Everyone was friendly. The poke bar had some ono grinds. View from my room was pretty good - overlooked the ala wai and part of Diamond Head. Easy walk to Kuhio Food Hall and International Market Place. The coffee bar (B-Sides) is a great place to chill & work (if you have to) - good coffee & pastries, nice breeze.
