The hotel is really lovely and rooms are gorgeous. Just wish they had a hot tub. Also the staff needs to be quieter in the hallways in am. 7:30am on a Sunday is too loud to be walking down the halls and talking. Your guest can hear you!

Restaurant was really nice but waitress was very inexperienced and didn’t come to our table enough. We asked for syrup twice before we received it.

We loved everything about this well appointed beautiful mountain lodge. The decor gave a cozy feeling that invited guests to enjoy time by the fire playing games or just relaxing. The restaurant’s menu included interesting and delicious choices with excellent service. It is across the highway from downtown so not a quick walk to shops and restaurants, however, having a car it was an easy few minutes drive.

All staffer engaged with were super helpful and friendly at MTN House - we highly recommend staying here or just going to the restaurant

Nice hotel, but they added extra fees to the booking amount, Marketing fee, resort fee and blamed the fees on Travelzoo. They took no responsibility for extra fees and said to complain to Travelzoo

Your hotel was nice, clean and good staff but the hotel added extra fees to the booking amount, Marketing fee, resort fee and blamed the fees on Travelzoo. Your desk staff took no responsibility for extra fees and said to complain to Travelzoo because we booked through them and that was their fees. This was not true as I was informed of the extra fees by your hotel by email and again in person, not Travelzoo! The fees were extra and excessive and the purpose of the fees were not well explained just blamed on Travelzoo.

We loved this hotel. It was very comfortable. Our room (executive king suite) was awesome. Very clean, spacious. Bed was made. Staff was excellent.

My only small critique would be the restaurant. I think it just needs a more diverse menu. Food was delicious. But menu very limited.
