We are so happy we booked the Radisson with Travelzoo. It was an absolutely wonderful hotel and we loved our newly renovated room. The staff were all kind and accommodating. We definitely will come back to Miami Beach and stay here!

It was a good experience but took a while sometimes for valet service & to get the car. Had to wait a while for luggage storage service and for questions at the desk.

I didn't get the second night $20 credit like I received the first night.

Great pool with bar. The gym was perfect with free weights and cardio equipment. The beach is right there and the hotel provided towels and chairs. I loved everything about this place including breakfast.

Great beach access, nice rooms. Wifi was spotty, room was near an ice machine and very loud and room was not cleaned everyday.

Beautiful hotel and an outstanding staff! The view from our balcony room was awesome. The food was very good but a limited menu. A short little walk to the beach and the pool was refreshing. My only complaint was there weren't any other restaurants near by, we had to Uber rides to eat elsewhere. But all in all our 4 night stay was enjoyable!

Overall the Radisson was very nice. Rooms were clean and the proximity to the beach couldn't be beat.
We found some of the staff to be confusing and unhelpful at times and just generally not warm or friendly. One notable exception was the bartender outside (who was the only one willing to give me change for a $20). Most of the valet staff were very nice, but the gentleman that took our bags when we first arrived was not friendly or helpful.
The resort fee seemed like a lot, but maybe that's standard for the area? And maybe it was just harder for us to stomach since it was so unusually cold when we were there -- not like we were going to be using our beach chairs and towels when it was 50 degrees!
In general, the accommodations were great, but pricey. If we were to go to Miami again, we'd likely seek out a different hotel.
