The grounds, activities, and pools were excellent and the staff as well.

The food and entertainment was average. The room could have used a better mattress. The inconsistent room supplies and housekeeping didn't make sense.

My wife and I enjoyed the trip. Pools were nice and well kept and front desk staff was really good and helpful.
Other Comments
We wished that they had bikes, an hour earlier dinner and more water and snacks available throughout the facility but overall it was beautiful and a great trip.

Fun, good value, not everything perfect but certainly good enough.

Fix your ATM or at least affix a sign so that people don’t get their cards stuck in machine when trying to get cash to tip employees!
Please set outdoor seating, at least a few tables, at every meal.
Please don’t schedule Zumba, beginners golf, beginners tennis and sailing all at the same 10-11am time frame in the morning.
Please have a protocol when someone in a nearby room is smoking marijuans often in a room nearby. While we appreciated the room upgrade, it was disruptive to move right after we had fully unpacked.
Overall, your location and grounds are wonderful. Most of your staff is very nice as well. Shout outs to Maddie at omelette station, a very friendly middle aged Hispanic woman at breakfast, the black woman who scanned our bands for meals, Gustavo who welcomed us on our first late evening arrival, Jane at bar, Johnny at reception the first evening, Bob at golf, the Zumba teacher. Housekeeping needs a little more organization and attention, only towels for two in our room of four, beds made only for 3 in a room of four.
We had fun watching playoff game in theatre.
You’ve got the makings of a top class resort and we enjoyed our time in the FL sun despite a few hiccups.
Please think about making quiet areas at hotel. Day pass guests mobbed the hot tub area and red bed area one day. Those might be designated quiet areas, esp if you built a hot tub in the main pool area.

This is not a resort of today's standards and is a DUMP. The room was outdated and not fresh. The TV didn't work. The a/c made a noise like a jet plane taking off. The furniture was from the 1960's. Need I say more!

Exceptional service by all staff from front desk to wait staff and kitchen crew. New years eve dinner and entertainment was a blast. Ignore the negative reviews.

The only improvement is to separate kids drink including frozen drink and juice from the Bar. So the bartenders doesnt have to strain making adult alcholic beverages and little kids bombarding them for their frozen dri ks.
It puts a lot of strain on hardworking bartenders on busy days and special events.
The staff is the asset of this property
