Hotel is in good location amidst all attractions; walking distance to falls and restaurants. Spacious tower room with comfortable mattress; peeling paint on closet doors, air conditioner noisy but kept temperature well. Room was clean but bathroom fan did not work and grate was very dusty. Used sauna & hot tub which was great. Breakfast voucher made our stay that much more pleasant.

Checking in & out was fine but staff didn't really show interest in welcoming us to hotel or wanting to know if we enjoyed our stay. Covered parking lot leaked some liquid on trunk of car from cracked ceiling which should be addressed by Hotel to avoid others dealing with same issue.

This was our 3rd stay at Falls Inn and Hotel. We have only ever stayed in the tower rooms, which could use a little refresh as they're a bit run down, it's always clean, the beds are comfortable, the shower has good water pressure and the rooms are very spacious. The location is absolutely fantastic! Everything is within walking distance.

The hotel is within walking distance to many of the local attractions and is located right across the street from the casino. The tower suites are nice, the beds comfortable but could use a 2nd tv in the living room area. One huge plus is the restaurant which is attached to the hotel. They serve a great breakfast at a very reasonable price. This is our go to hotel when we visit the Falls.

Front descc staff were having system problems, but we're eager to store my luggage. Because of this inconvenience, when I did check in, I was upgraded to a King room with jacuzzi. When the TV remote didn't work and new batteries didn't fix the issue, maintenance was called in to actually change the tv! Front staff maintenance were all very helpful.

The receptionist was on their own as the other receptionist was off sick. They were swamped with check-ins, phonecalls, guest enquiries and they handled it all efficiently, professionally and with a smile and humour. The room was huge. It was a fantastic deal for the price. There was breakfast included, there was a fridge and tea/coffee making machine in the room. The latter wasn't advertised so it was a pleasant surprise. There were complimentary wine/chocolate tasting vouchers and a $30 discount for Remington's. I was very satisfied and I will book here again for sure.

It was just too high priced to get $30 off when most entrees were $50 plus without an appetizer or drink. Room was clean but older. Everything worked which was good.

The Falls Hotel was a great hotel. Rooms were had all the amenities and were very spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The breakfast food was very good and reasonably priced. Checkin and checkout went smoothly and staff was accommodating to our needs. The location was only 10 minute walk to the Falls and a block from all the action on Clifton Hills. Great place for a good price.

It was a nice and peaceful stay, the rooms were spacious and clean. My only disappointment was that there were no electrical power outlets available for use at the desk or bedside table for charging our personal devices. And lastly, we could not find a clothes iron. Apart from those 2 concerns, we had a nice stay.

The swimming pool, hot tub and sauna were working well and water temperature good. All you can est Breakfast was available for 7.99 special price, which was reasonable. Parking at 20 dollars was also reasonable considering it is just a short walk away to Clifton Hill and other attractions. Room we booked has a lounge area too with microwave and fridge. The only thing, I can think off that needs changing could be the black out curtains, which again can be forgiven considering the rest of the positive. Great service too at Reception.

The hotel is in a great location, so many restaurants within a couple minutes walking distance. Right across from casino niagara. Check in was fast, desk staff were friendly. The hotel was clean, it smelled clean, well lit and dated but nicely decorated. Our room was large, had lots of natural light from the huge windows. The bed was so comfortable. Literally the only little inconvenience was the bathroom had no vanity to pit your toiletries. We are already talking about going back in a few week. Thank you Falls Hotel and Inn for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay which included breakfast a $20 value according to your advertisement. The breakfast we had was for $14.99 for 2. So we were shocked that coffee was an extra charge. We did not like that as it felt it was a sneaky way to collect some extra money. Certainly that could be changed as we noticed others also being surprised at this.

Microwave, Coffee maker & Fridge in room. My only negative is bathroom is quite small & dated plus no counter space in bathroom for toiletries.
