my view was of the parking lot. But I was only sleeping there. Several families were checking in at the same time and it was slow but through no fault of the staff. They had to get all our coupons together and we were fine after sitting for the drive to stand during check in.

the front desk was amazing, they couldn't do enough for us (we are seniors) the were very attentive . We would come back just for the staff . all in all it was a good time and dinner at Remingtons was wonderful

Stopped in before check in to see about a room upgrade - they said they could but when we came back 3 hrs later it hadn’t been done
We were able to get another room but how many others had checked in by that time that may have gotten the room upgrade we asked for?
Check in was a bit unorganized - understaffed?

Seedy, dirty hotel in a seedy area. Pool was a cesspool...filthy, I didn't dare use it. No facilities for food, no coffee even. Very sketchy area, filthy lobby, halls, and room. None of the advertised perks like discounted dining, wine tasting, etc were available. Dreadful experience.
