when we checked in we were upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking the thames in a truly stunning suite. the staff were so polite and helpful. we would definitely recommend the hotel

Great location. I think that it is worth getting a river view room. Directly opposite the London Eye. If you are visiting London you won’t find a better view.
