I took my daughter for a mother daughter weekend. We had a wonderful time in Moose Jaw. I was very disappointed in our room. It was very small and dingy! They advertise as a resort however they offer zero room service and other than the pool and spa offer nothing. The room was clean, bed so so. Towels adequate. Robes were nice. The lobby was nice but the rest of the hotel needs some sprucing up. The Spa was amazing. We both loved the treatments we had and their service, atmosphere and staff lovely. Getting into the spa was another story. From the hotel,we had to walk thru the wet pool area part of the cafe to get into the Spa. Not great. However we did have a good weekend all in all. I did not check off if we would recommend as I would tell the person these things however they then could make the choice. We definitely would go back for the Spa.

Clean. Good breakfast at the hotel restaurant. Lots of interesting places to checkout nearby while walking. A little hard to navigate to places within the hotel, but easy once you knew. Very comfortable bed. Water pressure in the bathroom shower was too forceful, almost hurt under it.

Booking with TravelZoo was surprisingly easy. Check in went smoothly! Our room was clean and comfy. Looking forward to when all the rooms are updated. Pool was excellent as always. Hardwoods breakfast staff, Chris and Shay, are friendly and competent. Nice to see them again.

Wonderful experience. Rooms are a little tired but large and clean. There are robes in the rooms to be worn to the pool. The pool /spa is a wonderful bonus. Breakfast was great and so was our server Chris.

3 Negatives - Carpet badly needs replacing; Toilet paper very poor quality; lack of TV guide (in room or on the TV set) was annoying.

The place is getting run down and desperately requires renovations and an update! They do have renovated rooms but obviously we didn’t get a renovated one because we booked through a 3rd party like Travelzoo and therefore would have to pay more for an upgrade. That doesn’t seem right. It was just okay but not great..I had booked it for my and husband and I sine we had just got married the day before as a relaxation night for us newlyweds!

The hotel room’s decor is a little dated. Their breakfast voucher indicated that on weekend restaurant was open until noon however that is incorrect so we couldn’t use. Hotel did remove the Scotty date in voucher so we can use in future, however we are a 9hrs drive away so not very convenient. Otherwise booking through Travelzoo was seamless and other aspects of hotel stay very nice.

Girls trip. Two nights at Temple Gardens. Restaurant has tasty breakfasts - try their Eggs Benedict. Pool is large and warm. To be under the night sky in the warm water is magical. You can lounge poolside outside or indoors. The poolside cafe is licensed. Pools towels are thin and scratchy but that is the only criticism I have. LOVED the eucalyptus steam room. Hotel rooms are spacious enough. We were in room 120 which has NOT been updated. Comfy mattress and pillow. Friendly staff. You can walk to the Tunnels, Crescent Park (check out the tree art) and many attractions from this location. Small casino across the street (same owners?). Could have used another day in Moose Jaw. I will be back

Casino has gone downhill -understand it is now government run - odds of winning have gone way down, new machines are made to get money out of patrons as fast as possible. Very dissapointing as compared to years ago. Not worth coming back.
Noticed alot of homeless around.9

The hotel is old and the pools are crowded. The breakfast was very tasty, but we waited an hour for our food from the time we ordered it.

Nice place with nice pool. Not what I would call a spa. Also the pool was dirty and had lots of bugs. Also you can't even take your own coffee or a water to the pool from your room. Ridiculous. I liked the scented washcloths.
Our room also was so loud from the unit on the roof. Air conditioner maybe. Rattled and hummed ALL NIGHT
