Overview
True to its name, this boutique hotel opened in June 2020. Hotel June offers a chic stay on Los Angeles' Westside near Playa Del Ray. The hotel combines mid-century style with a coastal flair, all set in a classic building designed by award-winning LA architect Welton Becket.
Guest rooms are minimalist in design — think low-profile furnishing, white oak accents and neutral tones. In the upgraded suites, enjoy sweeping coastal or city views. All rooms feature flat-screen TVs, curated minibar options, Aesop Bath products and complimentary Wi-Fi. On-site, try fish tacos or cauliflower nachos paired with a signature margarita at the Baja-inspired Scenic Route or dine poolside at Carvana Swim Club.
The hotel's prime location puts guests walking distance from a range of restaurants, boutiques, and parks. Plus, Playa Del Ray Beach, Marina Del Ray, Culver City and LAX are all minutes away.

The TVs could really use Netflix! Extremely outdated with VERY basic cable and movie options.
Big negative for us since we are locals and would love to book staycations.
Also, for a Baja inspired hotel we were shocked that there were no Baja wines on the restaurant or pool wine list.
