We appreciated the size and layout of the room. The retro touches with the Edison fan light and Frigidaire mini fridge were a hoot! Also, the complimentary bottles of water, Keurig coffee pods, and creamers in the fridge were appreciated. Having two comfortable chairs was a bonus.

We were pleasantly surprised to find that the rooms were not directly above the tavern, but adjacent to it. Having the tavern just steps away was quite convenient and we enjoyed the food!

Nice to relax in clean room; appreciated the voucher for the pub. Great location to explore the beautiful area. Staff very friendly and helpful.

This was a good 'deal' offered by Travelzoo with one exception. The 'deal' included a $40 meal voucher per person which is not how the hotel offered it to us. We were given a voucher for one entree per person for either lunch of dinner at the Tavern that is adjacent to the hotel. Starters and salads did not qualify as part of the voucher. The entrees run up to $28. So there is no way to get a $40 meal value with the restrictions set out by the hotel.

Clean and quiet room. Staff interaction limited as there are no staff at Jordan House.

Very nice clean room in the beautiful village of Jordan. Everything was great from the friendly staff, to the convenient location in the heart of the Niagara Benchland wineries to the great food at the pub. This was an amazing value, we enjoyed it immensely!

The Jordan House is ideally located for our visit to the Niagara area for golf, wine tour and theatre. The rooms were are very spacious and clean and had all of the amenaties needed for a comfortable stay.

The staff at the Tavern were very friendly and helpful. Great service.

From the first point of checking in the staff were friendly and the room was very clean. It was great to have the restaurant right next door in this quaint village. Within 1/2 hr drive to Niagara on The Lake. Great value in this deal. Only issue was hearing people in the hallway,outside on the street talking and even once hearing conversations inside rooms as we were in hallway. It wasn't busy this time of the year so was minimal but in the busy time I can see this being a problem.

The ease of checking in and the friendless of the staff was great.The food and atmosphere in the tavern is excellent.

Jordan House was conveniently located to accomadate our plans.

Having the Jordan House Tavern adjacent is a plus.

First time booking a package on Travelzoo and it was so easy and check in was great! Have already booked two more overnight packages. They are a great deal!

The gentleman at checkin was great and very helpful with where to park and getting into the inn. Room were nice and clean with all the amenities. Would definitely go back.

Definitely stay at Jordan House again. Pleasantly surprised how nice the room was. Great value for the money. Tavern food was excellent.

Lovely stay but the air conditioner was very loud overnight which made it different to sleep. Dinner was delicious.

Wonderful surprise visit to the Jordan House. Cute town with wonderful staff at the Jordan Tavern. Ashley and Brooklynn were amazing! Will come back again.

We love staying here, the Travelzoo deal is great! The only real downsides are no staff presence on site and no elevator, but we've never really found it much of a problem.

Great meal at the Inn on the Twenty which is part of the Jordan House. Also good breakfast there in the morning and service was professional

The exterior was simple but lovely.

The Vintages Hotels that we have stayed at seem tired and boring. The decor is mediocre. The food at yhe restaurant was just ok and the restaurant, itself, was vacuous.

Great value. Dinner at Jordan Tavern was excellent.

For various reasons beyond our control we were unable to go as planned. Management worked with us with moving our visit on more than one occasion, very graciously.

Location is very good, best value for money with Travelzoo voucher, very pleasantly surprised by this charming town and nearby trails. Definitely will come back.

Check in is not very convenient, we had our luggage in hand. Had to walk to another hotel to check in.

We stayed at Jordan House for our honeymoon. The room was lovely, it is quiet and has great amenities nearby. Love this hotel!!

It was our anniversary and we saw this experience on Travel zoo- so we booked 2 nights..

Beautiful room that appeared newly renovated. Lots of conveniences. Loved the coffee machine, ironing board and space.

The air conditioner was very loud. We had to shut it off to sleep.

Quiet, clean and laidback. Good energy on patio and in tavern over the dinner hour. Great base from which to explore the region.
