Dining room experience was very poor. We waited more than an hour for our dinner entree to arrive and when it came the vegetables were stone cold. Steak was super tough. Breakfast service was also super slow with a wait time of an hour for an omelette .

All staff were very friendly. Beautiful location. Liked the new addition of the hot tub. Food excellent

We’ve been to the inn before and always enjoy our stay. We walked a bit of the Bruce Trail located just beside the inn, I took advantage of the spa (Katie is wonderful), dinner on the patio was excellent. We then had a sauna and hot tub , and relaxed at the fire. Absolutely great mid week break!

My husband and why went to the Falls Inn and Spa for a short anniversary getaway and very much enjoyed it. The staff was so friendly and very accommodating. The food and service were good. I love that the rooms all overlook the falls which made for a lovely experience.

The coupon states that breakfast is included however, it's an 8.00 credit per person so I think the offer should be clearer on that. I also wish that there was a screen on the balcony door so that it could be opened. It was a lovely fall day and would have been nice to open the door and listen to the falls.

Spent 2 nights there and took advantage of a TravelZoo flash sale special. The Inn is quaint and the staff is amazing. Food is superb.

We went to Walter's Falls this past spring and loved it so much that we decided to return for the fall colours. Same great rooms, service, and food. We will go again!

Rooms outdated, unpleasant odour in room, the cause of the odour is most likely from the carpet and soiled table chairs. Second day room was not cleaned, yet an envelope for gratuity was on the table. Voucher stated breakfast included, but in actuality it was $8.00 per person deducted from the breakfast bill. An 18% gratuity was automatically added to bill without notification, so in error I added another 18% tip.

It was a charming peaceful Inn and Spa... All staff were exemplary in friendliness, efficiency, accommodating to us and the service. Each and every member made us feel welcome and wanted. The food in the restaurant is exceptional...kudos to The chef...all meals were delicious, beautifully presented and perfect portions...fresh produce and Perfectly done meat. The ambience inside or on the patio was more than expected. The tranquility of the location is absolutely perfect if one wants a true get away with a backdrop sound of the beautiful Walters Falls. But you're still close enough to Collingwood, Thornbury or Meaford to explore there.

Just a truly lovely experience all around...we highly recommend you try it. You won't be disappointed. And the bonus of a Spa and large hot tub.

We had a great stay at the Falls Inn and Spa! Lovely winter weekend away, we enjoyed the hot tub and sauna! The food was amazing, and the staff was great.

We received personal and exemplary service at front reception from Shelly. Not only did she provide us with great information about the trails and surrounding area, she was very courteous and kind with a great sense of humour. The snowshoeing trails were perfect and a bit challenging with all the snow.

Rooms were very comfortable and well appointed. Our shower door in the Cherry suite needed fixing. The hot tub experience with the sauna was lovely. The fireplace area might have been cleared so we could cozy up after the whirlpool. Overall we were quite satisfied with our 1 night getaway with friends. The food and breakfast were good. We liked our servers and Cathy was great.

Excellent. Only thing I did not love was that there was an automatic 18% gratuity on spa services. But the spa was lovely as was Katie!

What a lovely place! Cellphone service can be weak, but there's free long distance available on the room phone. The food in the restaurant is absolutely amazing. It's worth driving there just to eat, but the rooms are great, too. We'll definitely be going back.

The staff here are the most friendly and amazing people! The Inn is located along side a pretty little river and falls. The grounds are lovely as is the local area. We come to get away and do a little cross country skiing. This is our second stay here and will be back next year!

Overall, wonderful, even in the winter. Unfortunately for us, the hot tub was out of service for the days we booked (just bad timing, that's all) but the hotel called and offered us a different date if that was a concern - they did everything right in my opinion. Would (and will) certainly return!

Only thing we did not like was that the room was VERY cold when we arrived. This could very well be because we had a last minute booking, but it would have been nice if the heat was at least on. :)

Great location. Huge outdoor hot tub with heated stone edging. Added an outdoor sauna from our last visit. Outdoor fireplace. Right on the Bruce trail.

Have upgraded their TVs. Rooms could use an upgrade but suffice.

My girlfriend and made it a "girls getaway" We love the Inn. We loved our time there. The restaurant is very nice, but prices on menu items is very high, including wine. Food was very good though.

I love the area. The staff is exceptionally friendly. I enjoyed a 1 hour massage with "Nick". He is a nice "add on" to a ladies getaway. Nick is definitely beneficial to the Inn.
