Had an amazing time at this hotel. The room was quiet and had a wonderful view on the balcony. We'll be back!

Great room, nice location, professional staff. The hotel is kept in great condition.

I really loved the hotel. The staff, room and amenities were great. Location was perfect.

The only thing that was a negative was the outrageous valet fee, $50 a night. This should be included as a discount, otherwise it really is not worth it.

Pool was nice and the restaurant was ok

Room was clean enough, but I expected better service from a 4/5 star hotel. Room was not stocked with toiletries and adequate towels. Commented and they brought them up, but then the maid took them back every day. Never got the bathroom trash can we requested and there were no robes. It felt like they put us in the worst room that met the requirements we had paid for. It was waterfront, but didn’t look like the pictures.

The location near whole foods was convenient.

The hotel did not provide the amenities that it said it would on their website and on travelzoo. For example, complimentary coffee did not go to 10am as the staff did not refill the carafe. Several guests were complaining that the manager never followed up to speak with them about concerns when they asked to speak to the manager. Rewards members didn't get the late checkout as promised on their website, there were no "Surprise and delight " beverages by the pool. The $25 privai credit could not be used on spa "specials". The bathrooms also had black mold in the shower.

Beautiful common spaces and kind staff. Easy to catch ubers and good location although Miami is quite spread out so may not necessarily be close depending on where visiting.

Noise of traffic in the room - which I understand the hotel cannot control but none of us could sleep due to extremely loud cars right beside highway - I am not a light sleeper either. Also comfort of beds/pillows not great and bathroom not very clean. Definitely hotel rooms show some wear although common areas are very nice like the pool, lobby and fitness room. Staff were very kind and helpful.

It was a wonderful stay. Thank you to the staff who made us feel so welcome. The dog gift bag for our pet was such a thoughtful extra touch.

It was a business trip, so a great location downtown and near Brickell. Felt more like a 5-star than a 4-star.

It's very loud in Miami and while the view is amazing from the balcony, it's not quiet.

The staff was phenomenal. We were warmly welcome from the entrance to the Front Desk. We had the same bellhop when we checked in and when we checked out and he was awesome. I had breakfast at the restaurant twice, the food was delicious and the staff were really attentive and friendly. Because it's a pet friendly hotel I would recommend a bit more cleaning on the balconies. The color of the times in the bathroom makes the floor looks really dirty. We had to change room after the first night as the refrigerator wasn't working and was actually not plugged into a wall socket, but im an extension cord. Except for those few fixable things we had a fantastic time and look forward to visiting again.

Area 31 barstaff needs a little refinement in comparison to everyone else on staff we encountered, but overall great stay!

Gorgeous room and view. Too cool to use the pool area but it was an oasis to enjoy.

Our stay was smooth from beginning to end. Booking through Travelzoo was a breeze. When we arrived they mistakenly had us booked for a city view, not a water view, but they quickly resolved the issue. Every person we encountered that worked there couldn't have been more helpful or kind. The room was gorgeous and clean and the VIEW!! The hotel amenities were great and so was the location. We would go back there in a second.

Fantastic experience! Views from our balcony were incredible. So entertaining to watch the manatees, dolphins, fish, boats, sunrise, and sunsets. Wonderful to sit by the pool and enjoy the sun deck. Lots of little details that made this hotel feel luxurious. Especially appreciated the pool lounge chair towels that have pockets that go over the top of the chair so they stay in place. The location is awesome - there is a food truck park just over the bridge and a Whole Foods market close by if you need anything.

Miami is a bustling city with lots of construction and traffic so it can be a bit loud, but for us it was all part of the experience.
