We had an excellent stay. Staff were great and the hotel and room were fantastic. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner in the restaurant. Location was perfect for visiting some wineries in the area.

Once again my only complaint is their bedside lamps have the switch too far up to reach easily. They need to have maintenance move the switch down closer to the bed so I needn’t have to get out of bed to turn the light off at night. As I am handicapped it is dangerous at night trying to find the switch 8n the dark.

Wonderful staff.

This hotel was very comfortable, starting with a really pleasant reception and dining area. We ate both breakfast and dinner in this area, because the food was good, and the atmosphere inviting. Normally we would prowl the town for fun options. Our bedroom provided us with everything we needed for an overnight stay, such as a microwave, and fridge, two comfortable chairs for watching TV, really great beds and pillows! We joked that we might move in permanently.

The Hilton Gardens is conveniently located near an outlet mall. Unfortunately it’s not right in town, so is not a walkable area.

I had a great experience at this hotel mainly because of the amazing staff. Their kindness and hospitality was so gracious at all times during our visit. Their kindness restaurant staff were especially helpful and friendly, also the quality of the food was surprisingly good for a hotel.

The Hotel is in a very busy and confusing area. The rooms are beginning to be a bit tired but we still felt the package was good value for the price and the season.

We really enjoyed our mini getaway. We loved the hot tub and pool, the breakfast was excellent as was the personnel. The proximity to the outlet mall is so convenient.

The toilet in our room 314 was rather low. Also we did tell them at check out that there was no more body lotion, we only went to use it b4 leaving after the hot tub and noticed it then....apart from that just perfect.

Great time

We were in the Niagara area for a visit with friends. Afterwards we visited NOTL. The Hilton Garden was convenient to begin the journey home. Excellent choice for a stay!

location and ambience of the hotel

1. at check in gave us the wrong room and it took time to get it changed. Reservation was for 2 beds, gave one bed at start. 2.Chose bill to be emailed rather than printed at check-out. Desk clerk forgot email and I had to make a phone call to hotel to give the email again in order to receive receipt.

Great hotel and close to everything.

Everything was perfect from start to finish.

We used this hotel as home base for Benches wine region, Niagara outlet mall and Shaw Festival Theatre, literally a 20 minute drive to any of our destinations.

They should have a dedicated email address for this location. I searched their website but have resigned to making a phone call.

Everything thing was just wonderful. Early check-in was very much appreciated and the young lady at the front desk even asked if we would like a room away from the elevator.

Breakfast was very good and enjoyed the ambiance of the dining room and sitting areas.

The room was comfortable, the food in the restaurant was delicious and we had a great time. Our grandson will be going to Brock University next fall and we plan on staying at your hotel when we visit him.

Everything about our stay was very positive. Check-in was welcoming and without any problems. We appreciated the bag of dog goodies and bottle of wine that were part of the promotion. Our request for a ground floor room was fulfilled with a lovely, spacious and attractively decorated room overlooking a nice wooded area at the back of the property so it was also very quiet. The room amenities were very good quality. We enjoyed an excellent breakfast buffet the next morning. The location was convenient both for arrival and for our various destinations in the area. The only reason I gave Location 4 stars is because the physical location is basically just off the QEW in a sort of hotel row/light industrial commercial area. If you're thinking picturesque Niagara-on-the-Lake, that's a 15/20 minute drive away. This did NOT bother us, we know the area well and all the spots we wanted to revisit, NotL, Niagara Falls, the Niagara Parkway, are within very easy driving distance. We would certainly stay in this hotel again.

An overall very enjoyable stay. We look forward to returning to the hotel.

The Hilton Garden Inn was really good value - excellent staff, especially Mitch who checked us in. The rooms were modern, clean, and well appointed. The restaurant featured a very good breakfast, either buffet or a la carte. Working through Travelzoo (Amanda) and the hotel’s GM was a pleasure, as both were very helpful.

Easy to get to but a bit far from NOTL which we knew when we booked. We got stuck in elevator. One had already been out of commission for a while so this was not fun. Staff is very friendly. Shower is beautiful but badly designed. You can’t help but get a cold shower and get your hair wet when you get it started. Everything was clean and value was excellent.
