Christopher was very understanding and courteous. Being able to text him was so convenient. Because I struggle with stairs, I had requested a room on the main floor. He volunteered to help us bring our bags to our room. The stairs were actually rather manageable. From the sofa, I had a view of the lake! We got everything we needed, and it was a very enjoyable and cozy stay. I adored the bedding. It was peaceful and quite comfortable.

Enjoyed the spa time immensely. What a wonderful treat.

We had a beautifully renovated and upgraded ground floor unit. No lakeview, but a convenient and safe under-highway walk to a campground which allows hotel guests to use its private lakefront beach area.

Apart from a glitch, when the hydro service provider cut off the service when my husband was in the shower, all lathered up, and found himself in the pitch black, it was a great experience. The manager and owner were very considerate and helpful.

The Lakeside Villas had some nice extras that you might not get with other motels such as the great sitting area in the back or the use of the Webber BBQ. The kitchen was the best equipped of any place we have stayed. Chris was great about giving us information about the area.

We really enjoyed the Nordic Sauna experience and it was adjacent to a great biking path which was a highlight for us.

The Villa has been refurbished inside, and the units are clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location beside Skaha road is a little noisy, but not a problem inside the units. The the private beach nearby is a nice addition. The cosy little garden area and the Nordic spa are worth some relaxing time. The staff were friendly, and accommodating. Rank them as 11/10.

The property is an old motel that has been recently renovated. The room was nicely appointed. The exterior still looks shabby and could use an upgrade. The spa experience was great and having access to the private beach was an added bonus.
