Reception staff were great - they changed our room as the first one had no bath. Then found us a remote for the tv in our room, as it was missing when we first arrived.
Other Comments
The restaurant was full, so we eat in the bar. This was ok and we knew about this before as they had rung to inform us of this. But in the morning the breakfast was shocking. Run out of most things (oranage juice, has browns, yogurts) including table and chairs forcing some people to have to eat breakfast in the bar. All the breakfast had been cooked in lots of oil but had not been drained, so we socked in greasy oil. Spoilt the tast of the cooked items. The restaurant was really hot, no open windows or doors. The food was buffet, but you had to wait for it to come out as all was empty. Toaster only toasted on one side of the bread. Pastrys were not cooked properly.

Beautiful room, which was really clean and tastefully decorated.

Reception staff were very polite and efficient. Enjoyed the hotel but was really let down by the food. Most of the staff were great, especially a blonde server at breakfast who was so friendly. The food was so bland that I ended up only eating less than half. The breakfast was swimming in grease, so ended up with croissants instead. Such a shame, it really is a nice hotel and would have returned if the food had been better.

Breakfast they couldn't keep up with the demand also they attempted eight times to do poached eggs overcoat and even to exploded ... No Brad out again couldn't keep up with demand and I was waiting seven minutes for bacon at this point the post eggs had gone cold... As for the wording superior room I think is a bit of a joke very disappointed in this room low-level ceiling as it was in the attic and no lighting over the bath health and safety issue I would've said ... And a TV the size of a postage stamp very disappointed in the room misled and mistaken identity be warned
