The Fletcher Kloosterhotel Willibrordhaeghe opened in June 2017 and is surrounded by 37 acres of parkland. This former convent has been transformed into a modern 4-star hotel, while still maintaining its former red-brick architecture.
The hotel is situated on the German border, just 37 miles away from Dusseldorf.
The large shopping city of Eindhoven is less than 15 miles away. You can visit the Van Abbemuseum, which features art works by Picasso, Kandinsky, Lissitzky and Rodin.
De Groote Peel National Park, a collection of wetlands that boasts one of the largest and most varied bird populations in Western Europe, is a 45-minute drive away.
Bar Bistro DuCo, serves a menu inspired by French cuisine. Meat and fish dishes are prepared in the Josper charcoal oven. Lunch and dinner can be taken on the large terrace during the summer months, from 12pm-9pm.
